General Admission Regulation
All candidates must go though the admission regulations of institute/college before applying for admission.

All the students must follow the rules and regulation as prescribed by Khyber Medical University (KMU),
Pakistan Nursing Council (PNC) as well as other regulatory bodies and this college.

No candidate will be admitted unless he/she has paid the fee and other dues when seat is finalized.
All dues must be paid before the due date, otherwise the admission of defaulter student
will be cancelled and next candidate from waiting list will be called for admission.

The semester fee should be submitted on due date otherwise fine will be impose on student on the basis of Rs.100 per day.

The admission committee will be the final authority regarding any queries on admission.

If any candidate fails to appear before the Admission Committee for the interview at the fixed time/date, he/she will not be considered for admission.

Every candidate should sign and submit an undertaking on Judicial
Stamp Paper within 15 days after admission confirmation; countersigned by his/her guardian that applicant would abide by the Rules and Regulations of the institute.

Admission in each next semester of degree program shall be subjected to the qualification/result
of previous semester as per examination regulations of Institute/College/KMU.

There is no policy of migration from this institute. If there is any compulsion the student will submit all dues of the remaining semester/s.

Migration from other institute/college shall be subjected to policy of KMU/PNC and he/she must pay migration fee (one time) of Rs .5000/-
a) If a student remains absent from regular classes continuously for 5 or more days without any information/permission/genuine reason,
he/she will be liable to be struck off from the college. Such students may be re-admitted only in
case the Admission Committee is satisfied that the absence was genuine and beyond the human control,
in such case student will submit an application within 15 days after the order of the struck off of student from college.

Re-admission fee of Rs. 5000/- shall be charged and credited to the Institute Fund.

If incorrect or false statements or the suppression of facts are detected after a candidate has been granted admission,
his/her admission shall be cancelled and he/she may be expelled from the college/institute.

Every student needs a minimum of required attendance (75%) as per KMU policy.

Those students who do not appear in the final term exam due to shortage of attendance, will be charged 100% tuition fee for that semester and will be liable to repeat classes,
and the rules/regulation of KMU/ACN/PNC will be followed.

If a student fails to attend any lecture during the first two weeks after the commencement of the classes as per announced schedule, his/her admission shall stand cancelled
automatically without any notification, and only 50 % of the dues/fee shall be refunded to the student.

Refund policy:
i. Full (100 %) Fee will be refunded if applied for cancelation of admission within 05 days of commencement of classes.
ii. Half (50 %) Fee will be refunded if applied for cancelation of admission within 10 days of commencement of classes.
iii. No Fee (0 %) will be refunded if applied for cancelation of admission on or after 10th Day of classes.
